Katherine Tracy AKA Rhi created Thunder Rain in 1996 as a labor of love. She publishes, edits, designs, and writes for Thunder Rain. She designs books for Thunder Rain, Louisiana Literature Press, and other small presses. She refers to L'Intrigue, a literary webzine that publishes the works of artists and writers, as a work in progress. She presently serves on the committee for the Jubilee Jambalaya Writers' Conference. She works with writers, editors and publishers, and teaches English at Nicholls State University.
